I'm doing some research for a project whereby I attack the foundations of the various cults. I not only want to be ready when they show up at my door to tell be about their organization and have the goods to draw them out from said organization, I also want to make the resources available to anyone interested to do the same.
The first order on my plate is to expose the Jehovah's Witnesses as frauds. When I'm finished with that, I plan to go after the Mormons. I care about these people and wish to win them over to the truth of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who shed his blood on the cross as an atoning sacrifice for their sins, not just my own.
I'm wondering if anyone else has looked into this, or even better, has come out of these cults, and can point me to some valuable resources that will greatly help with this task? If so, please leave a comment or email me.

I have done some research on this, mainly to learn about Mormonism.
Some books I’d recommend:
Beyond Mormonism, by James R. Spencer, a personal story of a former elder of LDS. Very moving and informative.
The Kingdom of the Cults, by Walter Martin, which is a great resource for most of the world’s cults, even including Islam.
The Maze of Mormonism, by Walter Martin. Very indepth, very informative.
I’ve used these resources to debate Mormons effectively.
Oh, and I’ve also got a copy of the Book of Mormon. I pray like crazy before opening it, but I’ve found it to be very useful. It’s good to be familiar with it.
I wish I could help. I know little about JW’s, but I understand Mormans simply believe the Bible, but also believe there was another prophet that lived in America in the 16- or 1700s?
